Through our website E-commerce channel, we are allowing bookings at locations where we have our dealership presence. This enables us to provide superior and seamless consumer and brand experience through Sales, Service, Support and Consumer connect activities.

Though we would like to see that the consumer has to never use the cancellations policy, but in case of any such incident our policy would detail:

  • – Pre-bookings can be cancelled withing 30 days of order placed. In some cases cancellation period may extended for upto 45 days after reviewing the request. You can submit cancellation request through website or You can mail us at support@mybachatcard.com

  • – If You have placed an order of customizable product and made full payment and You wish to cancel the order then refund amount will be calculated after adjusting the cost incurred for customizing the Product

  • – Product once delivered – Returns / Replacements / Cancellations will not be accepted

  • – Failed Transactions during payment process will be handled by the payments team of both Ampere and Paytm and necessary steps will be taken
